BUILDING AND LANDSCAPING

 

Pool-Tech-Ltd. are able to provide a full in house building and landscaping service.  This starts at the design stage and continues through to completion.  We can include pool house building to provide changing areas and hide aways for pool components such as pumps and filtration.

We aim to provide a first class job with minimum disruption to your life and property.

 

Here is a typical swimming pool installation:

 

Following the design and consultation phase the site is marked out and digging commences.

 

The excavated soil is taken away or put to one side for landscaping later.  

 

 

 

  

 

Once the hole is dug the pool shape is formed by creating any sloping bottoms, shelves or seats. Steel reinforcement is added. 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

Concrete is poured to form the floor and sprayed onto the sides to create the shell.

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

Pool is tiled (in this example although other finish are available) and the surrounding area is paved.  The heating and filtration equipment are installed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The pool is cleaned and filled and testing of the equipment is carried out.

After a customer familiarisation, pool maintenance information is provided and the project is completed.
